NJAF: Another oil-related fire… this time in an occupancy known for combustible dust exposure.

SOUTH BAY — Workers at the Okeelanta sugar mill extinguished a fire at their plant Saturday night, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said.

Crews were called to the mill on U.S. 27 after receiving reports of an oil fire, said Capt. Albert Borroto, Fire Rescue spokesman.

After hearing the fire had been put out, crews stayed on site to check for signs the fire had spread, Borroto said.
